Nicky is Head of Operations at Kommol. Her role encompasses the leadership of our research and all support functions in the business. Nicky reports directly to the Director, contributing to the strategic direction of the business and is accountable for all operational matters, including all people matters and onboarding. Nicky also manages the full life cycle of all Kommol events, from initial concept through to final delivery.
Nicky joined Kommol in 2014, initially as Executive PA to Michelle Williamson and continues to provide executive support alongside her additional responsibilities. Nicky has over 15 years executive support and operational experience with a demonstrated history in the SaaS and VC space. Nicky is a trusted ambassador with an extensive track record of delivery and has proven ability in developing strong and trusting relationships with senior executives.
