Prior to joining Kommol Aylin has over 20 years of international experience in Banking, Finance, Commercial Property and Tech start-ups. After earning her master’s degree in international finance as a Chevening Scholar, she gained valuable international business and finance experience while working in Europe, Asia and throughout the UK. Her career began in Demirbank’s prestigious management training program. Following her tenure at Demirbank she spent 10 years at HSBC working her way up through various levels of management with a focus on corporate and SMB credit risk assessment and international finance.
Following HSBC Aylin moved into co-running a commercial real estate management firm in Istanbul where she built an impressive list of clientele including top tier global entities such as Apple, Discovery Channel, Edelman and Autodesk just to name a few.
As director at Prosolis, she set up a European distribution arm for a US Headquartered SaaS company and advised local government authorities in London on how to optimise procurement, processes and procedures using SaaS based cloud-based services. She worked closely with procurement teams helping them to buy things according to best procurement practices supported by a PaaS and SaaS. Her efforts helped streamline procurement processes and achieve highest value for money while achieving unprecedented saving for her clients.
Aylin is truly passionate about delivering results for her clients. She is the consummate ‘people person’ and always goes the extra mile to understand client needs in order to get the job done. Aylin joined Kommol with joint responsibilities as Lead researcher and Consultant.
